The results of the Republican contest "Enbek Zholy" ("Labor way") were summed up in Nur-Sultan. The awards were presented in the categories "The best labor dynasty", "The best mentor of working youth" and "the Best young worker of production". The winners were awarded millions of cash prizes.
"This year, applications from applicants began on June 1. 388 people took part in the regional stage of the competition, 90 applications were submitted in the first category, 144 in the second, 154 in the third", - the press service of the Ministry of labor and social protection reports.
We will note that in the past years awarded only on nominations, since this year - for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each nomination. The winners were awarded cash certificates-1 million tenge, 500 thousand tenge and 200 thousand tenge, respectively.
In the nomination "The best labor dynasty" the first place was won by the dynasty of railway workers Ensebayev's from Nur-Sultan. The second place belongs to the Sagadiev's dynasty of foresters from the East Kazakhstan region. Third - the dynasty of teachers Zhumagaliev's from Atyrau region. Note that the total experience of the dynasties of foresters and railway workers is five centuries. The representative of the family, who received the first place, excitedly told about her dynasty.
In the nomination "The best mentor of working youth" the victory was won by the controller of the OTC Maira Isaeva from Akmola region. The second place was taken by engineer-technologist for the production of cement Eskender Rustemov from Shymkent, the third - instrument control man of air separation plants Daulet Yezhibayev from Karaganda region. In the nomination "Best young production worker" the first place was awarded to general practitioner Yulia Shevchenko from the North Kazakhstan region. The second – to the master in logistics and warehouse Vladimir Samodurov from Kostanay region. The third – to the driver of technological pumps Askar Nurgaliyev from Pavlodar region.
The award ceremony was held in the Palace of independence. Minister of labor and social protection Birzhan Nurymbetov noted the contribution of veterans of labor and labor dynasties, who by their daily work became the basis and witnesses of independence and formation of modern Kazakhstan.
