On March 20, 2019 in the exhibition hall of the Palace of Independence there was opening of the exhibition - association "Izder III" - by Professor Zhumakyn Kayrambaev, artist, member of Kazakhstan Artists' Union, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan and his students. The exhibition was organized as part of the State Program "Spiritual renewal" and "7 facets of the Great Steppe".
